A series of lamps exploring the interplay of light and PMMA, with other materials yet to come. Every light has its own
legs… Then, little by little, the legs of the lamps will follow the furniture that brings them into existence,
and a scenographic space will take shape
The series of lamps that I present shows
my work on how I travel the border between
function and sculpture. Through those material
experiments and shape researches I try to
make something happening. This overview
demonstrates my “mental walking”;
development of ideas, then material,
then drawing, then casting...
This aims at
scenography
exhibitions.
I feed
those
mental
walking
with
models,
architecture,
industry,
nature,
fiction...
And it's showed
by the light
experiment
and with its
legs.
This section explores the transition from lighting objects to furniture, where form, function and space begin to interact at a larger scale.
